Connecting Young People Through Language & Adventure

At MLE, we bring together young people from around the world to learn languages, share cultures, and explore the breathtaking landscapes of the Alps. Based in Annecy, France, we offer immersive exchange experiences that go beyond the classroom, allowing participants to develop their language through meaningful interactions and anchoring the learning in fun activities.

We are a registered charity which means that positive impact is central to all of our initiatives and any proceeds are re-invested to further our mission.

How It Works
We welcome school groups and youth organisations from across the globe to Annecy, where they take part in structured language exchanges with local French students and young people. Our activities combine:

✅ Language & Cultural Exchange – Face-to-face interaction with native speakers in a fun, relaxed environment.
✅ Outdoor Adventures – Explore the mountains through a wide range of outdoor activities all with integrated language learning opportunities (see our brochure).
✅ Tailored Experiences – We work with you to create a programme suited to your students.
